I love this tool. No more messy rolodex with cards falling out. Just punch and insert. Sometimes it cuts off part of contact information (phone, email) but many businesses have stopped putting that information at the bottom...not all, but many.

Very easy to use and quickly turns business cards into useful rolodex cards. After spending time in the past gluing the cards to rolodex pages this really was a great time saving tool.

The correct product showed up very quickly. It is easy to use, and kind of cute.

Just make sure that before you punch holes into your business cards, that some of the information you need isn't written low and therefore in the path of the hole-puncher. That's an issue with the business card(s), not the hole puncher though.

I would recommend this product.

This works! Punches a perfect outline to slip cards into your Rolodex. Keeps from having business cards perched atop the Rolodex. They tend to drop out. I have tried snipping pieces out to make them fit but it doesn't work. This device does the job.

This little gadget could be made in metal for better sharpness, but still it does the trick, and takes that mess of business cards and allow them to fit into the rolodex instead of sticking out. So glad I found it! Hard to see as it's black on black, but there is a line and directions to place the card up to a certain point.

This little bitty thing is an office must have! People still hand out business cards and I keep a couple of these things to punch holes in the cards so I can put them in my Rolodex. I can't imagine how people can live without this little thing. It's made out of some type of unbreakable plastic. I've had mine for about 15 years, about the same time I've had my card file and I can attest that it's unbreakable. I still haven't come across a card that was too hard for this thing to punch a hole in!

We needed to update our Rolodex. With this little punch we could simply take a business card punch the bottom and slide it in place. We show people how great it is by tipping our Rolodex upside down and nothing falls out! We had looked for sometime and found it at Amazon!

Recently had to replace my old Rolodex because the bigger cards have gone the way of the buffalo. Got this gadget to punch holes in business cards because I was tired of taping them to cards. Good news is it really does the job well (you have to push hard to get it to work, but that's no biggie). Bad news (and this is in no way the fault of the gadget) is that some people put their phone numbers and email addresses at the bottom of their business cards, right where the punch does its work, so I may end up taping some up anyway.

It was hard to find except on Amazon. It works great on more than business cards. We're using it to punch the bottoms of name tags so the name tags can stay in place alphabetically in a Rolodex file. It is super.
Staples, WBMason, etc don't stock it which is a mistake.
