I love this strainer! Belongs to my daughter. I bought one. Have been canning over 50 yrs. 2nd most important purchase I have made! Cuts prep time for tomatoes, applesauce, pears, peaches, you name it. No peeling, coring. For hard fruits, cook slightly, then just crank, and out comes your applesauce!
