assembles and dis-assembles quickly. Good support, I've loaded it completely up and it holds all the weight without a problem, no tipping. The piece of pasta don't stick the wood beams which is good. why not 5 stars? because I wish the heigh of the middle beam was 3-4 inches higher. The pieces of pasta they have hanging in the picture are tiny pieces, I have huge long pieces that I don't want to break up.

I have two issues with the product:
1. The base is very lightweight so the rack fell over and was imbalanced unless there was pasta draped on every dowel or something else to act as a counter-weight.
2. The wooden dowels all slipped into their holes correctly and with no problem when I assembled the rack. But when I tried to disassemble the rack for storage, one dowel got stuck and therefore the rack cannot be put back into its box or neatly and flatly stored. [No - it is not hot in my storage closet for the wood to have expanded!]

I imagine these issues are simply a feature of all wooden racks? Perhaps use the back of two chairs instead, like they do in Italy and skip this gadget!

Too small for a large amount of pasta, but perfect for a pound or so in a small space.

had a great idea. It works, albeit not enough arms for an average size of dough and pasta. Had pasta draped all over other kitchen appliances.

I bought this because I bought a pasta maker, but It's not really necessary to have. I just toss the pasta around to cool it and then it does the same thing. I make 3 pounds of pasta at once so this wouldn't even be big enough.

The box came to me with no parts in it except the rectangular base. There is a slip inside that says to contact the manufacturer before contacting the merchant if there are any issues. I called Weston Products and spoke with a very nice woman in customer service who was more than happy to send me a replacement right away. Then she called back about five hours later to tell me she was sorry but the item was actually backorder until May. So I can have the product three months after I ordered it...

I have never had a place or way to dry my noodles in the past except to let them rest on the table. this drying rack is great!

I was hesitant about getting this rack at first, because it's picture makes it appear flimsy. Not so. I am pleased with this product, as it was inexpensive & holds a lot of pasta. It's only downfall, though not a big deal, is that it's not quite tall enough for really long pasta strands or sheets. It does it's job efficiently & well, though, and for the price, you just can't go wrong!

This is as simple as it gets. A board, a large dowel rod and three smaller ones. Yes, it works. I think if the bottom piece was a wide round piece it would be more stable. Tends to feel like it wants to tip over when first putting the noodles on, so minus one star.

Not recommended for heavy noodles. Doesn't hold as much noodle as I'd like. I dunno what I expected, since this was new to me, but family of four needs two of these.
