Most Striking Stand Available! Roman Arc Cypress Stand - 7 Ply by Hatteras Hammocks
Shipped in flimsy cardboard boxes with no protection for the wood beams, several pieces arrived dented. Assembly (which required two people and took about 2 1/2 hours) was marred by misalligned holes and a poor instructon sheet. The shipment arrived in 3 boxes none of which had manifests to indicate that one should look for 3 boxes. When the first two arrived in one shipment, we travelled 170 miles to assemble it in our "home away from home" only to find out that we lacked 1/3 of the beams and all the hardware.
The Hammock Company which sells the Hatteras stand was very understanding and apologetic but I never received a response from Hatteras as to why they had such poor quality control, unprofessional packing, and antiquated shipping practices.
I would look elsewhere for a wooden stand and would personally never order a Hatteras product again.

We received the product quickly and on time, all in one group. We took it home and began assembly. Reading the previous review, I was nervous about things being there. We checked the inventory list and everything was accounted for in the hardware, however, there were 4 galvanized 3/8 x 10" carriage bolts missing, which were essential for assembly of the frame to the base beams. Fortunately Home Depot was open and I was able to get the bolts I required. My son assembled the structure (very large and impressive, 19' in length!) but his comments, without reading the previous review, were that all the holes were misaligned and had to really manouver things to fit in.

All in all it is impressive, but if you order this, be aware of the potential for missing parts. I you are Hateras and reading this, please ship the missing bolts to your retailers so they can include them and reduce the inconvenience to the customer.
