I bought this with low expectations, mostly because I've seen other models at this price point that were pretty flimsy. Not so with this one. Very sturdy with everything tightened down, yet still relatively light and easy to pick up and move if you need. Assembly was very straight-forward and only took about 20 minutes. The two reasons I give it four rather than five stars are that it isn't as comfortable as it could be and that while it is adjustable, you have to tighten the pin down a lot to hold it steady which won't make multiple users happy. Overall very happy with it though.

The roman chair arrived on time. however the packaging was totally wrapped in packageing tape. Probably due to the rough handling in shipping. All parts were accounted for and it assembled very easily.(once I enlarged the directions.) I contacted VIP home fitness (upon their request)about the packaging issue, they were prompt and very willing to send any missing parts if needed. The salesman was contacting the shipping department to make them aware of the shipping problems. I am very happy with my first experience with Amazon.

Good product for home use. The product was delivered by UPS in decent shape. The box was ripped but the product was not damaged due to shipping. The product set-up was quick but a few problems were revealed: There was a damaged bushing that is important for functionality and one of the leg foam pads was torn.
Proceeded to call the business (2x) and request the replacement parts while their response was slow they made good on the replacement parts by shipping those items via FedEx....
