From the Author

The Unwilling Widow is the first book in the Executives Wives' Club series.

A story of four women who have lost their husband in a fatal car wreck. I wanted to show how important women are in our lives. Women need women-- to grief, to share, to learn, to grow. These women count on each other and grow because of the relationship they have with each other.

I hope you enjoy the seried. I'm enjoying writing it.

More About the Author

Growing up, I didn't know what I wanted to be. Once when someone asked me about my dream job, I said I wanted to be a pretender.

That's why writing is the perfect job for me, because it allows me the flexablity to become a new person in every book. In truth, I went through a number of different jobs, before I decided to be a writer. I enjoy incorporating the heartaches, headaches and fun of being a mother and woman into my books.

Currently, I'm working on a series about four executive wives. They combine elements of women fiction with the passion of romance. The first three books are available, Marketing Exec's Widow, IT Exec's Baby, and CFO's Affair. The last book CEO Widow is coming out Oct. 8, 2015.

Also, I have two books out in my Family Tree series...Summer's Growth and Fallen Leaves. (Paranormal Romantic Suspense) The last two Winter Wonders and Spring Rebirth will come in the coming years.

When not writing, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling around the country. I haven't hit every state yet, but hoping to some day. You can also catch me out on the golf course. I have a travel blog where I share my travel and golf pictures.

If you'd like to connect with me send me an email at I love hearing from my readers. What elements you liked and what you didn't care for in the story.

Also, you can read the first chapter of any of my books by visiting my website or download an exclusive story "My Future Step Brother" and join my special friend's list. All on my website

Very excited to read a book which didn't have the heroine under the age of 25; this is a book about sisterhood, beating the odds, and second chances. It has humor to break the seriousness of losing a love one and second guessing how you imagine your life will be.

The executive’s wives club brings together four different women who have lost their husbands in the same car wreck while on a business trip.

Jennifer Larson a realtor and Dr. Hagan Chaney, a chiropractor, are both starting over. Each has their own baggage but together make a great team. I really enjoyed Hagan, who knew his feelings for Jennifer, and how he wanted her in his life determined to show her how lovable she was and not to be serious about everything.

This is not the first Tina Gayle book I have read. It is the first of this series. I find that somehow some way she always finds a way to make me laugh out loud. I don't care for reviews that tell the whole story. I want to discover the plot twist and the characters on my own. I liked the strength of Jen, the heroine the group of women she connected with. They all have their individual stories and are worth knowing. This story has sadness and loss but it also shows strength in those that find their way out of sadness. The humor speckled through out the book kept me going. Its there in kind of the "I Love Lucy" sort way. I nearly "peed" myself laughing at one point. I am still chuckling as I think about it. I would say if there was negative it might be the title but I can see how that turned out to be important. Tina did not disappoint with this book.

The UNWILLING WIDOW by Tina Gayle has a fascinating story line. Jennifer Larson belongs to a loosely knit "club" of executive wives. To say the least, these women are competitive with each other. When their husbands are killed in a car crash, Jennifer is left a very rich and young widow. Women in the club become a bit softer as they attend funerals of each of their husbands. She meets attractive Dr Hagan Chaney, a chiropractor, and senses he needs money. She has plenty of it and wonders if he's interested in her because of it. I was hooked from the first pages to the last. Author Tina Gayle takes you an an intense, unbelievable journey. THE UNWILLING WIDOW is a great read, and I look forward to a sequel in the EXECUTIVE WIVES CLUB series. That's because, I'm curious about how their lives are playing out.

Marketing exec’s widow is my first Tina Gayle’s book. She is a self-published author and the novel was first published in 2012. Now, Tina has decided to reignite its promotion with a new cover.

Marketing exec’s widow is the first volume of The executives wives club series which contains two other volumes, for now : Birth, published in 2012, and CFO’s affair, published in 2013. This first volume is well written, the writing is fluent and the tone is often moving without being tearful. There is also a very funny, but not romantic, scene. LOL

The executives wives club brings together four women who lost their husband in a car wreck while they were on a business trip. These deaths created a bond between these so different women and the entire series tells us how they are trying to move forward thanks to their support for each other. The last widow is sixty years old, so I’m not sure to want to read her story. However, after reading Marketing exec’s widow, I would like to read the two next installments.
Indeed, even if I found the beginning a little too slow (I must say, I was working on several projects so I was not very concentrated on the book), the more I was reading the story, the more I found it interesting. Tina Gayle succeeded in getting me interested in all the characters of the book, except one: Peter, the heroine’s brother-in-law; who I hated.

In fact, I don’t know how Tina Gayle succeeded this miracle, but except for Peter, there were some characters for whom I didn’t have any sympathy at the beginning, but I ended up liking them. I can cite Craig, the deceased husband, his parents who seem to want to control our heroine, Jennifer Larson, and our hero’s mother.
