This is my second CD by David Wilson. I received the first (A Small Hotel) as a gift and fell in love with it. I recently looked for more like it and found this one and it's even better. The choice of songs and the passion in the performances create the ultimate romantic atmosphere. With other CD's like this either the mood is broken by the wrong song or it just gets boring by being too monotonous. David Wilson seems to really understand the right atmosphere for romance and maintain it throughout the CD. Put both of his CD's on and you have a good 90 minutes of uninterrupted musical passion. The rest is up to you.

"The Romance of Paris" - What a great find. Every song exudes romance, intimacy and a whirlwind of illusion. The music is lyrical and at moments synphonic. It is weightlessand touches the listener tenderly. David Wilson and his muscians bring merit to "easy listenng".

DAVID WILSON'S MUSIC IS TRULY UNIQUE- ONE OF A KIND. THESE WONDERFULLY ROMANTIC SONGS ARE SO BEAUTIFULLY PERFORMED BY THE VIOLIN. IT'S REFRESHING TO HEAR GREAT MUSIC WITH THIS UNIQUE SOUND. DAVID HAS A GREAT FEEL FOR THIS MUSIC- I LOVE IT!

I work on an ambulance and play this to relax. Many co-workers ask what it is and end up ordering it.

Many times in the evening after work I play it and close my eyes. It takes me to a far away place where I can unwind and clear my head of the days problems.

I absolutely love this CD. It really is romantic and the selections are wonderful. The musicians seem to be very talented (at least as far as I can tell) and mesh well together. I absolutely love this CD. It's great to listen to such good sounds.

this cd, although beautifully executed sounded a little too much like elevator music. needed more violin and less backround instrumentation
