Major shrew! She shrieks all the time, doesn't bother combing her hair and drives hero nuts but he takes it all in stride and wins her love. Worth finding a copy. (R)"

They hate/secretly love each other -both very insecure. LOVE THIS BOOK! (R)"

Later -both realize their mistake -completely incompatible. She's a bluestockig & he a notorious rake, but that doesn't stop him from pursuing her RUTHLESSLY! So great! (mild R)"

Blue-stocking spinster attempts to covertly open eyes of ton to plight of child abuse in coal mines. Neither know of others true identity. Both get embroiled in investigation of child kidnapping.
