Tata is a huge company with a rich history. What really surprised me is their approach to CSR within the company which was unheard of at the time, and certainly unexpected, as I had thought that companies in India, especially at the time would be trying to squeeze workers to work harder. Tata is surprising as it tried to make life good for its workers. This book is a must-have item for anyone interested in Tata Motors or business case studies.
