I purchased this item for a Valentine's Day gift and when I opened the mail, it didn't work. The card was mumbling something but I could not hear a song. I wouldn't complain but I e-mailed the company that sold the card and they said they would give me a refund and never did. The card was only about 3 bucks but I paid about 13 bucks in shipping because I love that song. Needless to say, it wasn't given as a gift and was thrown in the garbage with the 15 bucks it cost me to buy the card.
