4.0 out of 5 stars Great December 16, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
He is a great soccer player. The effort that he puts into his soccer and the need to be the best. He is a great example of somebody that comes from a poor back ground and difficult childhood that you can do something with your life if the will is there.
Anybody that is a fan of RC7 must read this book.

3.0 out of 5 stars A little outdated February 5, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
In the world of sports, things happen rather quickly and even though it is nice to know more about CR7, most of the information is in the public space. The book needs to be updated though and can do with adding more interviews from coaches and other players. He is a terrific sportsman though and his story is very instructive. The book helped me understand what sacrifices he made to get to the top-- and stay there.

I loved this book. I am a huge CR7 fan and I think he is just amazing! I learned a lot of stuff that I didn't know before about him, even after reading his autobiography. I would recommend this book to everyone!

4.0 out of 5 stars Looking into the life of a superstar December 13, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I am a very big Real Madrid fan, and thought it would be great to read about our current best player. It was great to learn about the upbringing of Ronaldo and why he is the way he is. It has a very good breakdown of each of the clubs tenures and the top things that happened at each. Definitely a good read for any Real fan or Ronaldo fan!

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting insight August 14, 2012
By Shawn
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is a fun read because here in the U.S. we do not get a media insight of the biggest soccer players in the world. I found it so intriguing the details about relationships with coach and player, and player and the media. We also do not get an idea of where the player was developed and where they started their career. I wish there were more books like this. Understanding the psyche of one of the world's best is a fortune that I loved reading.
