5.0 out of 5 stars Two thumbs up!
I have had this video for a number of years. If you don't have this video in your collection, you're really missing something. The fact that Ronnie constructs these videos is all the more reason to buy this video! Ronnie has proved once more that he does'nt let his blindness get him down. He is really a one of a kind entertainer!

2.0 out of 5 stars A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED
This is not at all what I expected. The first two songs are completely forgettable. "She Loves My Car" is goofy. It begins and ends with a guy at his desk listening to an LA traffic report. There is all kinds of girls dressed rather skimpy. Really surprised coming from Ronnie Milsap. I won't ever look at this one again. "It's All I Can Do" is a live performance and just...

This is a short video, but it's good. I like Ronnie Milsap and this video was very entertaining, and I like all the songs. It wasn't a boring video, only singing, singing, it had entertaining shorts with his singing. I enjoyed it very much. Only 7 songs, but good.

Ronnie Milsap is one of the best entertainers in the U.S. He never disappoints his audience and can be counted on to give a top-notch performance.

I saw on MTV, years ago, the nifty "She loves my car". It starts off slow but then takes off, right back to much happier times. The sound and picture quality is very good, too.

"It's All I Can Do" is a live performance and just doesn't have that Ronnie Milsap rhythmn. Really surprised that this one was included.
The next five are alright. They are the ones that most of us recognize as Ronnie's greatest hits.

For video quality, I really only liked "Lost In The Fifties Tonight." This one was well done. This isn't my favorite song; but it is the best video on here for sure!! The video includes couples getting into their 1950's cars and greasing their hair back etc. Really well done! I love "Stranger In My House"; but was disappointed with the video and sound quality. "There's No Getting Over Me" is probably the 2nd best video included. Some good pictures, scenery, and people on this one. "I wouldn't Have Missed It For The World" is a great song. This is just a stage performance and kind of blah.

There were a lot of dvd videos that came out in 2003 and 2004. I prefer Keith Urban's, Alabama Farewell Tour, Darryl Worley, and Alan Jackson's videos. These have better sound and pictures.
I wouldn't recommend this dvd video. The song choice wasn't the greatest. If I could repick the seven songs. They would be: "She Keeps The Homes Fires Burning", "Smoky Mountain Rain", "DayDreams About Night Things", "Stranger In My House"(with a better video), "Inside", "Prisoner Of The Highway", and "Stranger Things Have Happened." I know this is just my bias. Oh Well! Can't have it all. I was just disappointed. Maybe these favorites of mine will come out in the future.

5.0 out of 5 stars 'Golden Video Hits' Is Golden, January 16, 2009
This review is from: Ronnie Milsap: Golden Video Hits (DVD)
Yes, there's only seven songs on here...but this is Ronnie Milsap that we are talking about here! They are great, or, to quote the title, 'golden'! She Loves My Car, as you may have already read, is pretty rare, so you might also want to watch it on here. It is also available on Youtube. It's All I Can Do is even rarer, previously exclusive to the album There's No Getting Over Me, but can now be watched on Youtube(not the live performance, just the song). Any Day Now was one of his biggest chart hits, and it, too, can be seen on Youtube. I Wouldn't Have Missed It For The World did well on the charts, too. Stranger In My House was a big hit that should have gone country number one. However, it did get voted Best New Country Song. The video can also be found on Youtube. There's No Getting Over Me was among his biggest hits:country number one, his only pop top five, came just short of making adult contemporary number one, and won a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Perfomance, Solo(I think). Lost In The Fifties Tonight won the same Grammy on what year was it? Was it nineteen eighty-five, or was it nineteen eighty-six? Either way, it may not be a good idea to miss out on watching these golden video hits, three of which were recorded live in Las Vegas!
