Conditions of the lease include; an upfront lease fee (the amount will vary based on the product ordered) and a monthly lease fee on the second and each additional DIRECTV receiver per household. The DIRECTV® HD DVR lets you choose when to watch TV. Record your favorite shows and when you’re ready, watch away. The receiver can hold a huge number of shows; so don’t worry about running out of room (up to 30 hours of HD or 200 hours of SD programming). Enjoy your favorite programs in theater-quality picture and Surround Sound, thanks to HDMI and Optical Audio outputs. The HD outputs are configured for 480p, 480i, 720p, and 1080i formats.

The D11 receiver includes the following features:

Use the standard Universal IR remote to eliminate the clutter of multiple remotes on your coffee table. The remote not only will control your DIRECTV receiver, VCR, and DVD player but also lets you make precise picture adjustments to whatever you are watching.

An extra set of AV outputs makes expanding your home entertainment system easy. Use the 3-day APG to search out and schedule your favorite programs in advance, so they won’t be missed.

If you subscribe to Caller ID, the receiver will display the number of incoming calls on the screen. Finally, you can decide whether or not the call is important enough to interrupt your viewing pleasure.
