The rods were bent when I opened them. I was able to straighten them out but they are far too easy to bend. Also, the balls on the ends are made of cheap grey plastic.

The product was easy to install & looked good. My problem was the shipping! I ordered four rods & they each came in a seperate box even though they could have been shipped in one box. The cost of the shipping was $26.26. The rods did not weigh heavy. I know I should have checked the shipping cost but coming from Amazon I guess I expected a fair price for the shipping.

Product is sturdy and easy to hang. Has several supports, so weight of curtains is not an issue. I like that I was able to hang it from the ceiling and secure it with the screws. Definitely does the job!

I bought two of these and both sets were bent. The packaging was flawless, so I can only assume they were made like this. There's three pieces per rod, the outter rods with the cheap plastic ball on the end, and an inner rod that gives support and allows extension. All three pieces were SERIOUSLY bent in both sets that I bought. I honestly don't understand how they got them in the box; they must have had to straighten them just enough to fit them in the shipping box.

This is my first time haning curtains and it looks horrible. I think only 10% of that is my fault. The rest of the blame falls on these cheap rods.

The balls look much cheaper in real life than they do online. If I had seen this in a store, I wouldn't have even considered it.

This long curtain rod has been durable and steady to the nice medium grade curtains we placed on it. I'm pretty sure it'll hold most thick grade curtains too. The color is perfect for almost any house theme too.

Sturdy curtain rod and looks great for any decor. I have quilted back curtains and they held them with no problem. Reccomended.

Arrived bent in packaging.. proceed to hang my drapes and it cant even hold them up. Only get for sheer or light drapes for a small window.

I recently ordered the product. The rod is very nice and looks comparable to what you would find in a Pottery Barn type store but for less.

It was large, I neglected to look at the size, so check measurements before ordering.

This chic, sophisticated rod was exactly what's needed to spruce up drab drapes. It also arrived lightning quick. Highly recommend it.
