I just like the F sharp minor chords in this song, and the vocal harmony when they sing, "Here they come to snuff the rooster." When I think of the "rooster," I think of Plato's multifarious beast or Melville's Moby-Dick. It's the human condition, and "you know (it) ain't gonna die." It's very Freudian in a grungy way.
