This extract was exactly what I needed to make Root beer cookies for Christmas and I received the package in time for Christmas baking. The extract smelled and tasted wonderful. The cookies came out great, and all the kids loved the taste. They got a kick out of cookies that tasted just like root beer soda. Thank you.

Very poor root beer flavor, very light. Have tried other extracts that were much better. Cannot recommend this one.
