5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Beginning Text
I read this text several years ago and still refer back, which says something about it. The author clearly defines the limits and advantages of each chart method. They are all here. If you want a simple, step-by-step presentation of how root cause charts work, this is the book.

I hope you'll add your vote.

1.0 out of 5 stars Root Cause Analysis: A Tool for Total Quality Management
I found this book to have very little practical information. A much better book for gleaning ideas that can be implemented is "Root Cause Analysis: Simplified Tools and Techniques" by Bjorn Andersen.
