Next year, when I plant my celeriac, it will be the first time I have grown it. But I'm told that the Utah soil is good for it as long as it is kept watered, and it should be very good in either soup or salad, as it is a crisp veggie if used directly from the garden. I'll plant several a week, because I can't possibly use 100 getting ripe at the same time. But I expect to enjoy this new (old) veggie. |
