About the Author
Puja Thomson developed the ROOTS & WINGS concept, workbook and audio from 30 plus year's experience as a therapist, spiritual counselor and ally for those in transition, from her love of nature and from her inner and outer journeys while living in different cultures. Born and brought up in Scotland, she now lives and works in the Mid Hudson Valley of New York State.
Puja received her formal education in the fields of education, group and community work and social work at the University of Edinburgh and Moray House College, and at the National Institute for Social Work Training in London. She has studied for over 15 years with the internationally known practitioner of hands-on-healing the Rev Rosalyn L Bruyere.
