I received a copy of Rope of Sand as a gift last week....my favorite birthday gift!!! I have just purchased 5 more copies of this enchanting music CD to be given as gifts to friends and we all love this lyrical and haunting Tom Toth sounds. Amazon.com, you are to be commended for featuring this artist. Tom Toth is SUPERB!! Thank you.

Tom Toth's music and lyrics represent the real soul of what life is all about. Rope of Sand speaks to your heart and your life's experienecs like no recent CD has done. Those of us here in the South know what heart-felt music is and this CD is it!

Tom Toth has performed several times in the Southeast over this past week and I was fortunate enough to be at the show in Columbus, Georgia at the Columbus Music Festival. WHAT A TREAT!! Tom has the soulful sound of blues and gospel and the message of a man in love. My heart swooned at the sound!! One of the greatest performances I have ever attended!! What a composer and performer!!

Tom Toth is an artist who tugs at your soul. his music meets you where you are and have been in your life's experiences. This is a "must buy" CD for the Year 2K as we enter a new millenium in our world and the insights needed to do so.

Tom Toth distills the innocence of pure pop and the world-weariness of heartland folk into a blend of aching melodies and intelligent lyrics. A true picture of living in today's world with its ambiguities, disappointments, longing looks at days gone by, and ultimately, hope for better days ahead.

This CD contains one song after another consisting of beautiful melodies and touching messages that we all can relate to at one time or another. One song in particular, "Surprising Changes" made me cry the first time I listened to it and to this day is one of my very favorite songs ever! You'll be doing yourself a favor by having this record in your collection.

I lived in Greenhills behind Tom Toth and have since not known anything about him. I heard about his CD from a friend who let me listen to the Rope of Sand. I think the CD was great and plan on ordering it for myself along with the other one you have listed. Chris Jensen

Tom, Is it REALLY true that you will be touring in Columbus and Atlanta, Georgia this Fall? My friends and I are looking forward to seeing you then live! Is it in October? When and where? Are you releasing your new CD on that date?

Rope of Sand is a hit on St George Island, Florida!! All of us who summer on the island have really gotten hooked on Rope of Sand and Tom Toth's music. Hat's off to you Tom!! When will you be performing live near us? We all will DEFINITELY be there!! REALLY LOVE THAT MUSIC!!
