A childbook story using fictional characters to help young children, ages 3 to 10, to protect themselves. The story teaches children the importance of staying safe, not fearful. It allows children to realize that saying No and Stop are essential. It makes children realize that remaining with others is often the best protection. Most importantly, it conveys the message that the child must communicate to his or her parent or caretaker any occurrences that made the child feel fearful or uncomfortable. It instills the notion that children are not guilty and should not be ashamed.
Included with each book is a letter from the author explaining the essentials of the book and a guide to parents in reading the book.
