Great narrative voice young boys will relate to...especially clever, ornery boys! : ) Have now read 1 and 2, and can't wait for #3--entertaining and fun read.

Very cute book, funny and easy for a 7 year old to relate to Roscoe. Roscoe is not mean or rebellious.

Roscoe Riley is one of those little boys who trouble just follows. The storyline is funny with great illustrations, and has a nice lesson about jumping to conclusions and unintended consequences. I'd say this book is perfect for beginning or reluctant readers, both boys and girls. It's nice to have a book that makes kids giggle, without being mean. He's definitely a character children can relate to, and I (as well as my daughter) recommend the whole series.

This book is as funny as the first and my daughter loved it. She has to do reading logs every night for school and we are going through Roscoes right now just to see what outrageous thing he can come up with next. My daughter is in 3rd grade and has some difficulty in reading, therefore, she likes Roscoe as they are not too hard but difficult enough to challenge her. FUNNY!

I purchased several of the Roscoe Rules series for my eight year old grandson and he loves them. They're perfect for early readers as the story lines are engaging and easy to understand.

I have bought these book to read to my 7 yr old son and 5yr old daughter. My children can relate to Rosco. Nice read for young minds.

this book was purchased for a child who was, unfortunately, experiencing the slings and arrows of an older child bullying him. It was purchased in conjunction with an adult guide to dealing with bullies as well. The family is still reading the books and applying the recommended actions.

A very cute series for young kids. Its hard to find books without mean words or violence anymore.

Amazon continues to carry the books that I am looking for, for my grandson at his request. Will continue to buy when he wants certain books this one is special....
