A festive collection of savories and sweets, some quite decadent, for a vegetarian feast or as a focus or amuse-buche for a regular meal.
Many are egg and/or cheese heavy, so vegans would need to make adjustments. This cookbook is also an inspiring reference for flavor combinations and jumping-off points. The recipes that I have tried have all come out successfully. |
