5.0 out of 5 stars This CD rocks!
If you don't like songs that get stuck in your head for days on end, then this is not the cd for you! Rose Falcons great lyrics and hoppin' music will have you singing every time. Besides the fact that you'll love her songs, it's great to find a safe CD that doesn't have any bad language or innapropriate lyrics. With the way sociaty is today, it's great to have a great...

3.0 out of 5 stars Rose Falcon
Rose Falcon is a very pretty girl who obviously has talent in music. But I don't think that talent was completely visible in this album.

"Up, Up, Up", Rose's most popular song, has a good beat, and is a fun song to dance to. But it leaves something to be desired.

My favorite song on this album is "Looks Are Everything". Rose's voice really...

4.0 out of 5 stars Now This Is Good, October 18, 2004
This review is from: Rose Falcon (Audio CD)
I found Rose Falcon's voice to be very pretty, very comforting, and a great pleasure to listen to. Her songs are uplifting, a bit childish, and a lot of fun.

She has this ability to broach a lot of subjects without ever seeming to lose her innocence. "Up, Up, Up" is all about partying, pillow fights, etc. "Breathe" is about the pain of loss, but the ability to deal. There are other songs about "Fun", and loss, and it's a great album overall.

My only issue is that is is 9 songs long. We need more!

4.0 out of 5 stars Bubble Gum: Not that there's anything wrong with that., May 20, 2004

What's to say? It's fun, sweet, upbeat, clean... Granted, it's not going to win the Pulitzer Prize or change the world like the Beatles. But it's a terrific little album. I only wish there were a few more songs on it. It feels a tad unfinished.

Also, if you like Rose, check out her father's CD: Billy Falcon, Pretty Blue World.

Besides the fact that you'll love her songs, it's great to find a safe CD that doesn't have any bad language or innapropriate lyrics. With the way sociaty is today, it's great to have a great clean young singer. I never did like Brittney Spears, so i'm glad to have a replacment! Keep singing Rose!

Despite the pop-stylings and the lyrics that can sometimes become somewhat juvenile, Rose Falcon is one of my favorite artists. Her songs are fun, catchy, and you'll find yourself humming to them all the time, especially "Breakable" and "Up, Up, Up". Falcon's debut album is short but it packs a punch, with songs that actually mean something. "Looks Are Everything" likely voices the opinions and thoughts of teenage girls everywhere who are not "the perfect pretty cheerleader" type. "Breakable" showcases how fragile the human spirit and heart are; a beautiful song. Falcon's voice is unique, which causes her to stand apart from the rest of the "girl rocker" crowd that has permeated the market recently. To top it off, this is an album I can play in front of my 4-year-old cousin without worrying about her picking up words or ideas that a 4-year-old should not know. "Rose Falcon" is clean and fun, perfect roadtrip music! The only drawback is that it's too short! I don't know what the label was thinking when they chopped off the last three songs! Despite this, I highly recommend Rose Falcon, and I'm impatient for her next release!

5.0 out of 5 stars We both LOVE Rose's music, April 4, 2003
This review is from: Rose Falcon (Audio CD)
My daughter and I both love this CD. We ordered it after hearing Up, Up, Up on the Disney Channel. The whole album is wonderful. I found myself humming and singing along. What a voice she has. The songs touch my heart. I'm also impressed with Rose's wholesome image. Keep on singing girl and we'll keep listening =:)

5.0 out of 5 stars Two Thumbs Up!!, May 29, 2003

There's so much to say about her it's hard to know where to begin.Well, I guess I'll start with the album.Rose's music is good clean fun (ironically, that's the title of her first song)
It's also diverse but yet consistent. Let me explain. Her music is pop/rock so the songs are similar, but some are pop and some are rock. Two upbeat catchy songs are found on the 1st and 3rd tracks, "Fun" and "Up,Up,Up" which is pure bubblegum pop at it's best. The edgier, rockin' tracks, "Breathe" and "Looks Are Everything" are awesome as well. Then there's the two pop/rock combo tracks: "Innocent" and "Why'd You Say That" Finally, there's the intense emotion loaded ballads, "Best Friend" and "Breakable" which are very touching and great in their own way. She also has a clean wholesome, All-American Girl image, without being trashy (unlike someone I know named Britney Spears)
but she doesn't need skanky clothes to look sweet. She's also a natural beauty. And her music reminds me of Michelle Branch, but I like her too. And like Michelle, Rose possesses an awesome, yet unique, voice without being irritating that I love. Rock on, girl, and think about touring with Michelle B. It would be a perfect match.

4.0 out of 5 stars I feel bad for her, April 15, 2004
By

Her mother died. I feel so bad for her! I'm glad that she still maintains a positive attitude at life, not a "I'm so mad at God becuase my mother is dead" attitude!

Fun- Poppy, sweet, not as good as Up Up Up, but it's still good. 8/10

Breathe- Whoa.... 3rd favorite. Her voice sounds so cool. You can hear guitar a lot on this song. 8/10

Up Up Up-2nd favorite. This lyrics don't really make sense (Rain pours down/ on lemons/turns them into lemonade) or something, but the song is still great. 9/10

Looks Are Everything- 1st favorite. This a song I bet tons of people can relate to. It's about how in this culture, it doesn't matter what your attitude is (whether you are nice or not) but whetehr or not you are pretty. So sad, yet true. 10/10

Innocent-She sounds really sad on this song. It's about how She and a girl were ebst friends, and then the girl "grew up" and they weren't interested in the same things. It's so sad. 10/10

Why'd You Say That- I don't really like this song, she sounds less like a human and more like a machine. 6/10

Best Friend- This is probably the slowest song on the album. It sort of chills your heart. 8/10

Breakable- This makes me cry, it's sad. It's the equivalent to chopping up a few onions. 8/10

67/80=4 stars

I think this CD is great. I really like the music and enjoy listening to it alot. Rose Falcon is a good singer. I bought the cd becouse of one of the songs on it but like the other songs as well. I heard this one song from the cd in a movie and just had to get it. The song is called UP, UP, UP. The cd was in good condition when I got it so that also pleases me.
