I was so surprised and I still can't figure out what is wrong.
They kept the baked cake nearly flat (not quite perfectly flat) but seemed to work nearly as well as the soak-in-water cake strips and are much more convenient to use.
Sorry I didn't like this product, but I guess it is a gamble when you buy anything.
This is so indispensible to bake relatively flat even layers, I highly reccommend it. But you really need two! There's only one in the box. The terry ones come in two.Published 2 months ago by orchidchef
