Disappointed in quality,

Arrived in a tiny, (can I say crappy on Amazon?) plastic bag. The quartz was of poor quality with chips and black spots. The multi-colored stones were the wrong colors for chakras and out of order. And worst of all, the chain was too long and wobbly to use this item as a real pendulum. Sorry to be so negative, but I was excited about getting the piece and then disappointed by the quality. Luckily, my return was accepted.
