I ordered this with the promise that it would be delivered BY Mother's day. I got confirmation it would N OT be sent until AFTER Mother's Day. Never will I use this service again.

I first met ProFlowers when I was the recipient, and their products were dazzling. I have since used their service multiple times for various occasions. They have always given great value, prompt delivery, and long-lasting blossoms. What more could a consumer want?

roses were wilted and the pedals falling off when they were opened.. I understand they were shipped boxed without water but they did not bounce back as they should have after being in water ..too many days in transit ? I don't know but i wouldn't use them again..

Some reviewers have posted horror stories about ProFlowers saying that they got locked into a suspect frequent-buyer program and received additional unauthorized charges. A quick Google search shows that the complaints are numerous, but all of them ordered directly from ProFlowers. ORDERING THROUGH AMAZON PROTECTS YOU FROM THIS, and all agree that the flowers are top quality. I ordered roses delivered for Mother's day, and my Mom was blown away. Awesome price & quality, although I did have to select a Friday delivery.

These flowers are awesome! They lasted for 2 weeks. I will be ordering from ProFlowers again.

I thought the roses were open more than they should be. I'm sure they didn't last long!

Google "Proflowers + Easy Savers" to find out how Proflowers are scamming people. Boycott this company!

My order had 18 flowers - two of them broke at the stem as soon as I lifted them from the box! I will never order flowers that are not pre-arranged again!

I ordered this bouquet of 12 assorted roses with free box of chocolates for my daughter's birthday. They arrived well and on time, but one of the roses arrived headless. I'd ordered from ProFlowers before without any problems, so I find this a little disappointing. While it isn't a HUGE deal, I would think they could check their bouquets a bit better than this before sending them along to their customers.

My daughter said they were lovely, but I did order 12, not 11. When someone sends flowers, he/she hopes the recipient finds just what she'd planned/ordered. I didn't order a headless rose!!!

Ordered on behalf of mom for her sister in another state - BEST surprise and hand-delivery made it extra special. Awesome price!
