This product is outstanding. The way it is presented and the way it is made in the combination with computer and audio. The only problem I found and I think is a large one: that in order to install and to start learning you need to know English to begin with. If someone can help you-it is OK, but if You don't speak the language then it is very difficult to begin.

Effective but full of glitches,

The system is effective but they have a lot of glitches with their software. I was able to install all but level 2 CD onto my HD. R.S. tech support was not very helpful at all and even rude. They told me it was my computer that was at fault. Having an Engineering degree and the fact that the application CD, Level 1 and Level 3 installed successfully made them re-think their approach. That took 3 hours of my time. I expected much more for the money I paid.

My mother got it as a gift and she seems to like it a lot. Its very deductive style of learning. The instalation process requires somebody that knows English, though... - and even to start the lessons itself.Overall, great program
