Wow. I can't say enough about what is happening to me. I have a terrible memory (growing up in the 60's - peace!), yet I am actually learning and remembering what I'm learning. I spent almost three years in Italy while in the service and didn't learn more than a handful of words, and know more Italian after a few lessons than I did back then. I've only gone through a few of the sessions so far, so I don't know if I'll ever get fluent enough to take that trip back to Italy my wife is asking for, but I feel very confident I'll at least be able to speak enough to get by. What I learn stays learned. The way you associate the language with what is happening is really working well. You get immersed into the language (like you did when learning your native language) instead of seeing a word in Italian next to a word in English. Great Product! This is one product that really lives up to the hype.

We purchased the Rosetta Stone V3 Italian Level 1 & 2 to prepare our family for an upcoming trip to Italy and France. Our kids (ages 10 and 12) absolutely love it! They look forward to practicing at night and on weekends. I am amazed at how quickly our entire family is learning to speak, write and read Italian!

The software allows for multiple users and separate log-ins. Each user is able to learn at their own pace. From day one, the learner is reading, writing, speaking, listening...and UNDERSTANDING!

At first, I was a little put off by the price. Now, I can fully justify the cost and plan to purchase the French and German series as well. Imagine having a live-in, native speaking language coach. How much would you pay for that?

The software installs easily and the titles were accompanied by a USB headset with microphone. Rosetta Stone has exceeded my expectations. Do you want to learn a new language? What are you waiting for? Just DO IT!!!

I have tried several different self study courses for other languages and I believe this has to be one of the best overall self study courses available for learning a language. The Rosetta Stone program is easy to install, easy to navigate and thorough. If needed, the technical support from Rosetta Stone is excellent. I ordered a new version of the software from Amazon and found the price to be one of the most competitive.
