Would recommend to anyone searching for good headphones that cost little.
Alexander O
Great sound quality, very sturdy, and the fact that the microphone cord retracts into the earpiece is a nice touch.
Austin Roberts
The headset comfortably adjust to the head but a very large head may have problems.

I don't know how I've gone so long Skyping or listening to music without this. I'll list some specs of interest below:

DESIGN:
It's a generic silver on black, but it looks clean and gives off a pricier look than what I actually paid for them.

FIT (-1/2 Star):
The fit is decent--the head part adjusts for different head sizes. My only problem with this headset is it kind of squeezes my ears (that I personally thought were small) if I don't take care to put them on a particular way. Regardless, I still fiddle with the fit every so often unconsciously. The cushion takes up a lot of space, so the central space for ear room becomes limited. For the foam cushions, they are decent quality and bubble back in place when use is halted.

CORD (-1/2 Star):
Two 3.5 mm cords are split on the end, one for the headset, and another for the mic. The mic has a red insert for distinction. The cord itself is lengthy for more/less functionality depending on how far away you decide to be from your devices (I'll estimate four extended arms worth). It protrudes from the right ear of the headset. I subtract another 1/2 star for the cord, because it would've been much more functional with some kind of cord detract/retract device attached.

CONTROLS:
A volume/mic control is provided on the cord. The volume can increase/decrease and the mic can be turned on/off--just a nifty additional spec.

MIC:
It can extend from or recoil into the left ear of the set. When extended, it's also adjustable with a flexible coil. Nice feature for usage purposes and storage. The quality is also amazing and a step up from the mic on my noisy, over-heating laptop.

STORAGE:
You can fold it in to fit better into a drawer or bag.

My old headphones died on me so i wanted a quick replacement. When i saw these for around 13 dollars on amazon here i thought what the heck. i ordered 2, kinda risky not knowing how they were, one for me and one for my dad. When i let people use these i like asking them how much they think i payed for them for a laugh, my dad thought they go for $30, my brother thought $50 and mom thought $30 also. When i see similar headphones going for over $100 i just laugh. This Rosewill headset is simply amazing for the price! These headphones sound like they are worth 100% more than what Amazon is charging for them - honestly. The sound quality is GREAT, if you like listening to music real loud - No Problem these babies get real loud if you turn it up! The bass is also really impressive, i turn up the Bass Boost and sit and vibe lol. I've had these for a few months and they are still going strong, not one thing wrong with them, still as good as the day i received them :) The microphone is contained inside the left speaker, you can pull it out and it retracts back in the headset!! The microphone sounds good, i talk a lot to friends over the internet using applications like SKYPE and VENTRILLO and my friends say i sound good, better than my previous headphones which were more expensive. The mic goes right back in to save space and avoid damage, it feels sturdy while flexible i dont think id be able to break it even if i stepped on it. This headset folds up wonderfully like in the pic and reduce its own size to about the size of an apple, amazing.Read more ›

This simple headset is really quite amazing. I purchased this for my husband to replace his Turtle Beach Headset that broke - I wasn't expecting much, but as he said as long as he was able to watch movies/listen to music and use them for communication purposes during gaming, he was fine with whatever.

The mic works perfectly - it's very clear and you can't really hear any background noise - being retractable is very nice as well

The earphones are a tad small, but don't really pose much of an issue - he said he has no issues wearing this headset for hours on end while gaming or watching movies

The cord is super long, which has it's pros and cons - we just used a ziptie to gather up some of the excess and to keep from tripping over it

They fold up quite nicely for storage

This headset does cancel out background noise - I know when I used them, I had to remove them from my ears in order to hear someone talking to me from the same room - for hubby this is perfect as he likes to tune everyone out anyway when he's gaming :)

Overall for the price - definitely worth getting - these have held up for a few weeks now with constant use - highly recommend

The headset over all is pretty cool. I like the folding ability. Makes them very compact. These will also work for phones. I tried them and they worked great. The sound quality is amazing, as well as the mic quality (if you set it higher via windows). The only complaint I have is that they aren't over-ear headphone. They rest on your ears. I have smallish ears and they do tend to start to hurt after awhile.
