I bought this for my young neighbor friend that loves the challenge of needlepoint and knitting. At eleven years old, he wants to feel that needlepoint for a young boy is not strange. Needlepoint for men was the perfect gift, His brother is. Into football. And Rosey Grier,s book about needlepoint , brings both those two interests together. It makes both the seven and eleven year old know that it is still manly to want to know and create fine art.

I'm buying this book just for the priceless expression of Rosey Grier's face on the front cover. It looks like someone walked into his house unannounced and caught him doing needlepoint...
