All are made of steel and coated with nonstick inside and out so they not only release baked goods readily but also clean easily. The set consists of a 17-1/4-by-11-1/4-inch cookie pan, a 13-by-9-inch cake pan, two 9-inch round cake pans, a six-cup muffin pan, and a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. The pans are black to absorb heat for better browning and quick, uniform baking.
