As most, I expect a good product when I purchase Rosle. This flat whisk is no exception. High quality construction, sealed handle, nice firm, yet flexible wires. This whisk really works great.

There is no doubt that you pay more because of the name, but you get the quality that comes with it. The lifetime defect warranty is nice too.

I use this flat whisk more than my regular one because it works quickly to fluff eggs, sauce, and other items. If you're making gravy in the skillet, this is the perfect tool. Rosle quality rocks.

I've had this 10.5 inch Rosle whisk for a couple of decades and just ordered another for a relative who admired it (while I was making yesterday's gravy for our Thanksgiving dinner). It's the single most precious item in my kitchen tool drawer; I'd be lost without it. And after all of these years of service and hundreds of dishwasher cycles, it still looks like new. Buy it!

I've had my Rosle flat whisk for 10 years and it has held it's shape perfectly - which is amazing given that I use it primarily as a dough whisk. I make bread several times a week and I use this whisk to incorporate flour and water into my sourdough starter, and to use it mixing the bread dough. Even using it on a heavy, multi-grain dough, it's strong enough to do the job. And because it's a wire whisk, it is super easy to clean (and anyone who deals with dough a lot will know how gunky it can get).

Of course, it's perfect for making pan sauces too. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this for roux making, such as biscuits and gravy and bechamel sauce and it works great. It has a good heft to it and feel very well built, I expect it to outlast me since it's not quite an everyday tool. Rosle products are expensive but they seem to be of very high quality I'm quickly becoming a fan.

Rosle is known to make quality German-made items. This was made in China, and do I feel ripped off! No more Rosle for me!
