Very good, but not quite as good as my other Rosle peelers. (I have them all...) The serrated blade is a lighter quality and not replaceable. The whole peeler seems of slightly lesser weight/quality. It is SHARP, so be careful!!! The included blade guard covers the serrated part, but NOT the pointed eye remover. It does peel thinly and well, but so do my other peelers. This one is just slightly better on very ripe, soft, thin-skinned fruit. It is made in China, as are most, or all, Rosle products now. One other thing... Rosle has always been known for it's lifetime warranty, but this item carries a Rosle hang-tag that says it has only a 5 year warranty from Rosle. It's still better than the other brands and I would probably buy again.

I have been buying a lot of organic kiwi fruit from Trader Joes, but was frustrated with the waste in trying to get the fruit separated from the skin, when I came up with the idea that there must be a peeler that is designed to work better in peeling fruit like this.

I found the Rosle Tomato/Kiwi peeler and decided to try it. At first, I thought it wasn't quite good enough, but I quickly mastered the art of using it, and now peel kiwi fruit regularly with ease and speed.

This peeler does a great job. Just do be careful of the very sharp teeth, and if you're having trouble "getting purchase" on a kiwi skin, use a sawing motion to make the first cut.

It makes eating kiwis a real joy, and I am very happy to have this fine tool.

My first use ended with a chunk serrated from my finger. It's really sharp! Have learned my lesson and like it. Just be very careful.

Peel peaches, asparagus stems, you name it and this does the job. A tad pricey but worth it for the work it does. I ordered 6 as gifts for those who would not buy it but will love it once they have one.
