June 1, 1999
Roswell One is a mystery, with a little sci-fi flair, that involves an Indian family living in the New Mexico desert during the Los Alamos atom bomb testing and later the infamous Roswell UFO incident. This mystery does not come to light until 50 years later when all sorts of cover-ups start to surface and then to entangle matters even more the US Government enlists the help of a covert agent to help make all of these matters disappear. More About the Author

After attending only one year at the University of New Mexico Grady found he could not control his restlessness and moved on to more exciting projects. He joined the army and after completing his aptitude testing for the military he was trained for assignments that suited his call for high adventure. When discharged he turned to driving race cars and was immediately picked up by Chevrolet to help develop several concepts of the muscle care area. After a successful ten years of driving, promotion, and handling motor sports teams Grady quit and returned to college and earned a law degree. He practiced criminal law until sickened by the legitimacy of the system and returned to what he knew best, driving race cars. Grady was immediately hired to drive for corporations such as Chrysler, Levis, Match Tools, and his last ride was with Adolph Coors, Corp. Being a syndicated writer for several motor sports publications lead his to write his first book about the early days of drag racing, "Match Race Madness." It relates to the early days of racing and is considered to have a cult following and is frequently quoted in motor sports editorials. Unbeknownst to himself he was continuously preparing himself to be an action adventure writer, encompassing his travels and adventures into fiction, which is manifested in all his books. Grady's second book about the alleged Roswell incident t is a story talked about by the New Mexico Apache Indians, and has never been told outside their circle. Grady has written scripts for movies and recently finished filming the Legend of Booger Red which he wrote, produced and started in.

5.0 out of 5 stars EXCITING NEW LOOK AT THE ROSWELL INCIDENT!, September 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Roswell One (Mass Market Paperback)
Author Grady Lee Bryant astonished me with his surprise novel of the year. Roswell One is the best fasten-your-seatbelts action thriller I've read in at least several years. Instead of reviving the often-repeated stories of a crashed spaceship, Mr. Bryant wraps the plot of this epic around the tales recounted by the Native Americans, the Apaches, whose reservation is adjactent to White Sands and not far from the crash site. Get it, read it. Excellent fiction, based at least in part on fact.

5.0 out of 5 stars Could'nt put it down., September 11, 1999

This review is from: Roswell One (Mass Market Paperback)
I was spellbound by the information. Mr. Bryant has catpured the essences of Rowell. His insight into the tribal history and the events that take place are uncanny. I hope to see more of his work on the market soon. His talent as a writer is so refreshing. I would just like to say thanks for this history lesson Grady.

1.0 out of 5 stars Crappiest Book Ever Written (?), March 1, 2009
By
L. Huber (Rosamond, CA USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This has to be one of the worst books ever written.

The author has no command of grammar, and especially punctuation. He has a lot of trouble properly quoting people, especially when they are asking questions.

The story is a jumbled mish-mash of conspiracy theories, alien lore, and secret agent tales.

I recognized this book was bad by approximately page 5, but I plowed through it anyway, because it was a very simple-minded story, and I was curious to see how bad it could really get. After I finished the book, my mind had not changed about the quality of both the writing, and the plot.

Even the most die-hard George Noori fan will be disappointed. Don't waste your time with this stinker.
