If you have a rotator cuff tear, as I do, this video will not help you get better. It's about 20 minutes in length and seems to have been produced as a handout for surgeons to give to their prospective patients. Shoulder Pain by Cailliet and the 7-Minute Rotator Cuff Solution by Horrigan (both available on Amazon.com)are much more useful. They have detailed drawings of the shoulder, how it works, what can go wrong, and what you can do to make it better.
