This RotoZip conversion kit allows you to change 1/4? collets to accept 1/8? bits on RotoZip tools.
Product Description
Allows use of 1/8in. zip bits in ordinary tools that normally accept 1/4in. bits (not intended for use with Roto Zip spiral saw power tools). Includes adapter, hex key and one sabercut zip bit.

I got this for my CNC machine's porter cable laminate trim router with 1/4" chuck. after searching the net and finding only a few adaptors out there for way too much money, this was a nice price. it seems to work well too. If you need to adapt endmills and drills and such in your CNC's router, Get it! converts 1/4" to 1/8" bits...
