You'll be able to plunge cut, and create without a pilot hole, and the compact design is ideal for projects with tight spaces, crafts, and home repairs. Other featrues include a bump-off switch, in-handle storage, and a quick release handle. 30,000 rpm. Kit includes: spiral saw, 1/8" and 1/4" collets, two sabrecut zip bits, and case.

I bought this tool about 10 months ago when it first came out because of it's small size and portabilty and it has turned out to be a real workhorse. Although it's primarily for crafts use it has been a great tool to have on the jobsite...just can't push the feed rate too fast.. But it really shines as a drywall cutout tool..same amps as the pro drywall tool [rotozip invented it]. my advice...buy it! the price is right.

My solaris broke after using it two times. The first time was to drill two holes in drywall. The second time was to clean out tile joints for grouting. I wouldn't recommend buying one.

This is a fantastic tool, the only problem w/them is that you can not repair them. My last one lived for 5 years, hard use, lots of holes in boats, tile, wood, drywall.....
