This bit is similar to a standard drywall cutout bit with two differences. It is 5/32" in diameter rather than the stardard 1/8". Second, it had a cutting flute on the tip so that you can drill an entry hole rather than just punching through.

I used this bit with an RZ20 to cut window and door openings in OSB. The operation was performed just like cutting drywall around outlets. The drill-bit tip let me start the cut without first opening a hole with a separate bit. The 5/32" diameter made the bit strong enough that I could cut at a reasonable rate of speed without snapping off the bit as happens with the 1/8" diameter. The "tracing" tip allows the tool to follow the rough framing without digging in significantly. The openings ended up smoothly finished with the OSB cut flush to the studs making trimming out very easy. Much nicer finish and just as fast as using a Sawzall.
