Alison Ratcliffe is a fourth generation Spur and unfeasibly optimistic Park Lane upper season ticket holder. Her great granddad was at White Hart Lane when Spurs took their first steps in the football league; her granddads favourite phrase was "Ronnie Burgess! He was a player!" and her mum was initiated into the faith in the 1960/61 Double season.
