Great Map
After taking a tour of Italy, my husband and I were interested in finding a good map of the area we had toured. All the maps we found in Italy were in Italian which we do not speak. We finally found the perfect one at Amazon - it appears to be indestructable and has even the smaller towns marked.

Rough Guide Map of Italy
This map is nicely done showing even the small towns and great if you are traveling on the main highways. The drawback I experienced was the region I was traveling in (Basilicata); most of the roads were secondary. Secondary roads are shown in a faint yellow, which is hard to see and then most secondary roads on the map did not show the Route number. Thank goodness for my...

The map is durable. I love the fact that it is plastic and cannot tear. It is beautifully done. Its only drawback is that the secondary roads are colored yellow, making them a bit faint.
