Do real golfers really go to work to relax?,

Although I have never played a round of golf and probably never will, I have known several people that took the game very seriously. Therefore, I have enough background to appreciate jokes about it. Like all joke books, the level of humor in this book rises and falls. Some are quite good and others elicited only a minor grunt. Most of them are about people who take the game very seriously, my favorite was, "Real golfers go to work to relax." This seemed to sum up the people that I knew, they lived for golf, yet to listen to them recap their play the night before, you would have thought they hated the sport.
