I really like the Sugababes' "Round Round" single. The remixes are really cool -- especially the Soulwax Remix. The album version is good too. The other remixes are excellent! It'd be really neat if the Sugababes can have success in the States -- 'cos they make really good music! While I gave this single 5 stars, one thing I wish that was on it was the "Round Round" video...but, other than that, it is a great single. You won't be dissapointed.

One of the best single of the year! No, Really...,

The babes gives us on of the best single of the year. The song Round, Round is dirty, sassy, sexy and oh-so terribly and immediately catchy and memorable. The babes had the guts to take off all the cheese out of their songs, which result maybe of the track being completely unplayed by radio stations. I don't know why, cause it has the same unknown, sophisticated and british style that made Daniel Bedingfield's Gotta Get Thru This a top ten hit in the US.Remember guys, this song has been a no.1 in UK. On both Airplay and Sales charts.C'mon, give it a try!!

... Yes, this is a girl group. And, yes, this is pop. But my, oh my, is this good. A definite "girl power" song but way more laid back and the music just kicks. The soulwax mix is worth the price of admission alone. The mix is around the same length of the radio edit (track four is the longest - right around 5 minutes give or take), but has a serious driving bass/keyboard line that forces you to shake your hips and sing along. It has a slight eighties feel to it but is unquestionably contemporary. This mix also does NOT have the bit in the song where it slows down for a moment and one of the babes sings "Does it hurt when you see how I've done....". All other mixes do and the only good part about that slowed down bit is the fact that the song eventually kicks back in. It is brief and I can overlook it in sight of a wonderful pop number. "I don't need no man get my kicks for free" And THANK YOU babes for paying your own way. Sure is refreshing....Oh, mix 2 sounds kinda like "I feel love" (ROCKS!) and the forth mix is kinda two-step and has some dude rapping (FYI).
