Ok, so we saw him a few weeks ago in Boston. Many of the tracks from this set he spun live. If you are not familiar with DJ Dan GET THIS CD. If you love house music GET THIS CD. If you love funky breaks GET THIS CD. This is no fluffy trance mix. This thing offers all DJ Dan is famous for: funky beats, breaks, phat bass, hard, high-energy, relentless, bangin', hardcore dancin' house music. GET IT!

this is a very sick cd, makes you wanna dance all the time hard, funky beats, cd 1 is fun and in cd 2 which is my favorite gets hard and serious, i love the jungle/tribal drums, this is a "must buy!" much props Dj Dan... !

Take this journey and you will be guaranteed a good ride! This CD will have you on the floor shakin' your booty. DJ Dan does it like nobody else! Dan has been travelling all over from Ibiza to Europe and back home again to deliver a 2 cd continuous mix that will get all your buddies asking where you got this cd! Mixed together in his classic style are some funky new riffs and classic old-school house tracks! I cannot get this out of my CD player and each time I hear it I recognize a sample or pick out a new favorite. I loved In Stereo and Beats for Freaks, but RoundTrip tops them all!

This by far Dan's best cd. He takes you thru a journey that that cannot be heard on one cd alone. I wish all his cds were double packs. I love the fact that Dan gets deeper, darker and tripper, stuff you normally dont hear on his other cds. I think this cd reflects how he normally plays out. If you are a fan of this cd checkout cds from John Acquavivva, Steve Lawler and of course Seb Fontaine. Dan's one of the best djs in the US if not the world.He has a unbelievable ear for music and has superior mixing skills !!

Everyone, if you love to dance you'll love this CD. This is absolutely the best CD in any genre I have, and I have over 500. I must admit that DJ Dan is my favorite DJ, but this CD absolutely captures the essence of house music. You can't help but dance. The closest thing you'll get to a DJ Dan show without actually being there!

Ok, what can you that hasn't already been said about Dan's talents? This collection is a great combination of San Fran House, Chi-town House, and some downright chunky, funky gems. If you like House, you'll love this. This isn't for the PVD fans, or the pop Trance fans....this is for the people that know what House is all about - or for those that want to find out. I dare anyone to try and keep from moving when listening to this!

This is a great CD that I can listen to all of the time. In the car, when I get ready and if I want to dance. It has great beats and gets your energy flowing and your body moving. I highly recommend this for anyone that likes house music.

Sounds a little like 1993 techno with a "little" reengineering. This is not a top notch track selection.

Don't put this CD into your stereo unless you are prepared to MOVE! Right from the get-go Dan establishes a mad energy level with Chris Lum's barn-burner, Big Tool. And through 2 discs and over 2 hours worth of mixing, he never lets up. This is the kind of music that gets the dancefloor packed - somewhere between house and techno, but not too dark and not too light. Just really high-energy music formulated to make you DANCE. Great crescendos, addictive synths and kickin' bass. Dance music lovers, do yourselves a favor and pick this one up. Well done, DJ Dan.
