The Angry Birds possess courage, dedication, and an enormous slingshot. What they need is a way to launch themselves toward those thieving pigs, and that's where you come in. Slide your finger across your touchscreen to pull the slingshot back and adjust the trajectory of each bird for maximum effect. Then, lift your finger from the screen to fling your avian friends toward their greedy green foes. Once the bird is in mid-flight, simply tap your screen to unleash its special power.

As with the original Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons is a physics-based puzzle game. You catapult each bird toward pigs hiding behind a variety of destructible materials. I'm not a big-time Birds player, but this game seemed worth the time. I find it amusing, though Seasons is a bit harder than I expected, so for my 8-year-old brother and 12-year-old sister, sitting down to play Birds is more like sitting down to watch big sister play Birds for them... The only other issue I've noticed is that the game seems to crash quite a bit on my Kindle Fire. It's usually very random, and I've only had to actually kill the app once, but it's a tad annoying nonetheless. I'm glad I got the free version before trying out the paid version. Anyway, I hope you find this review helpful.
