The lastest from Mike Oldfield's session singer. She fronted his huge hits Moonlight Shadow, To France, Family Man and a number of other single and album tracks. Finally going solo in 92 with the release of Echoes, she really solidified her fame and vocal signature at that moment. She scored several big hits, including the pop smash, Every Time We Touch, that would be later disco-butchered by German group Cascada in 2007 and 2008. Rowan is a nice CD with three or four standouts and some nice, mellow Celtic/Folk tracks. Not very pop, but still, it's sweet-voiced Maggie.
