You will receive a box in a fraction of the time allotted for international shipping. These are so very good with a 6month shelf life. I remember them from my days as a kid and visits home to the UK, they don't make anything quite like these here in the states. They are close to a Haribo gummy bear, yet shaped in a lozenge shape sprinkled lightly with confectioners crystal sugar. The flavors are more true to the fruit taste than a gummy beaI wouldn't hesitate using Medideals, I have twice now, it's a heavy box and considering their cost and capturing shipping they sell for a more than fair price. If you don't want to order this large box and want to experiment to see that this will be a future favorite of yours too; try ordering a smaller quantity and them come back because you'll want more. You'll experience a blackcurrant flavor used the world over that we don't see here, it's a nice add, in most countries you can buy tubes of just the blackcurrant. Try them I think they'll be a new favorite candy for you too. It's difficult to stop eating them is the problem. Chewey, sweet but not overly and that light crystal sugar coating starts it out so well. Thanks Medideals.

I looked for this product for years. Quite accidentally, I found it in a tea shop in MA, quite some distance from my home in NH. I was delighted to find an online source. As a child I enjoyed this product. I never forgot its unique taste. I knew it was made in England but that was all I could remember. Now, fifty years later, thanks to modern technology, I can once again enjoy this candy. The service from the source was excellent. I shall order again.

I bought these fruit pastilles as a surprise gift for a friend in Canada who loves them but can't get them where she lives. The price, including delivery charge, was much less than if I'd bought a box here in England and mailed it to her. She received the package within a few days of my placing the order and was so happy and surprised. And I was very satisfied with the service and the cost. Thank you for helping me brighten her day!

I used to live in Lincoln UK 1959 and walked to school over two miles. As an American kid in an English town one of my best memories was to stop in a shop and buy Rowntree's Pastilles with my English schoolmates. It cost threpence back then. However, today they don't taste quite like I remember them. They use glucose syrup (corn syrup)and the raspberry flavor isn't included in the new product. Shame. My kids love them though and as adults they buy them whenever possible. I'm sure my grandkids will enjoy them too when they are big enough to chew them. I do miss the raspberry flavor. We can find the Pastilles locally here in Atlanta Ga but you really have to look for them. Indian markets carry them.

I fell in love with these "sweets" some years ago on a trip to England. They have been made by Rowntrees for well over 100 years. They are soft, chewy, and full of fruit flavor. They are made with 25% real fruit juice. They are coated with granulated sugar on the outside. The flavors are orange, lemon, lime, strawberry, and black currant (perhaps the most popular fruit flavor in juices and sweets in the UK. These candies can be very hard to locate in the US. If you have fallen in love with them, as I have, the best way to buy them is by the case. As far as the vendors who offer these, some are in the US and some in the UK. It can (but doesn't always) take longer to receive the UK shipped ones. If you are in a hurry, check with the vendor.

Yummy, and so addictive'

I tried the candies once and really liked them. problem is I'm in Houston and these aren't exactly easy to come by. One night in a drunken stupor, I ate the last of my wifes stash. feeling guilty I decided to replace it. I knew these were rare state side so when this was the first thing that popped up on my search, I just assumed it was the only option. needless to say the next morning I realized that I had plenty of other quantity options.

Now I have a life time supply... although, they are pretty good so it may not last that long after all.

First, I'm very pleased with the seller (BritishMart). The price ($39 for a case of 48, including shipping) was reasonable, and the product arrived about two weeks before the promised delivery date. The pastilles were fresh, and the fact that they come in three-packs should keep them fresh longer. But if you buy in large quantities, I suggest storing them in Ziploc bags.

The flavor is good, but I seem to remember the taste being a bit more natural and subtle. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
