After checking ringtone maker reviews I picked Xingtone for its ease of use and price. According to their website it works for my phone and provider. After receiving it I was impressed with how easy it was to make ringtones: It has an excellent music file analyzer and ringtone maker, made exactly what I asked for.

THEN I COULDN'T DOWNLOAD TO MY PHONE!!!

Every time I try to d/l a ringtone I make to my phone I get a "Bad Gateway" error message. Doesn't matter how long the ringtone is or what I make, the transfer bombs out after I click on the text message link. Doesn't matter if the ringtone is 30 seconds long or 5 seconds: "Bad Gateway".

It d/ls their test message just fine: Just not any ringtone I make. Their customer support is no help at all. I'm very disappointed in the product.

The software will load on your PC, however does not connect to their network. No phone or online support. Sent e-mail with no response. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Be cautious with which phone you are purchasing this software for....it's not compatible with Verizon's phones, specifically LG 6000 series. They are accepting a full refund for return.
