Sony Legacy presents "IN DREAMS", featuring Roy Orbison nicknamed "The Big O", was an influential American singer songwriter and a pioneer of rock and roll whose recording career spanned more than four decades ... in the mid-1960s Orbison was internationally recognized for his ballads of lost love, rhythmically advanced melodies, characteristic dark sunglasses, and occasional distinctive usage of falsetto, typified in songs such as "Only The Lonely", "In Dreams", "Oh, Pretty Woman", "Crying" and "Running Scared" ... it was In 1987 Orbison was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and posthumously in 1989 into the National Academy of Popular Music/Songwriters Hall of Fame.

I grew up listening to Roy Orbison... This dvd shows such great insight behind his songs and him as person! I highly recommend this dvd to all Roy Orbison fans!!

This is the greatest performance by Roy Orbison, and we have given it a rave review.

This shows the complete life of a rock and roll originator, by those who worked with him, fans, and other legends who admired him. Deserves a lot of viewing by those whod are interested in the history of rock and roll.

This documentary is the most comprehensive I have seen and the footage out-takes are fabulous.

This is my third Roy Orbison video and it wins hands down at being the best, it starts from the beginning and shows roys life growing up and his struggles with the music industry, his personal tragedies, and his comeback, very well done 5 star plus.

This DVD is produced by Roy's wife Barbara and I found it very interesting. It contains a lot of Roy's history and includes many interviews with Roy. It also includes clips of Roy recording, performing, and just "hanging out". A must for Roy Orbison fans!

Had been looking for this for my husband. Just typed in Roy Orbison on search engine. Came up on ebay Amazon the suppliers. Ordered it and had it within a week. My husband is one happy chappy! He watches it all the time. I must say...I love it too! Thankyou AMAZON.

They video was excellent! My late husband said he would have been bigger than Elvis if he had been better looking!
