Poor packing messed up my great bargain
The Royal Albert Lady Carlyle china is absolutely as beautiful as I thought it would be. However, when I opened the package it looked like a 6 yr old had packed something that fragile. Thankfully only 1 of the plates was broken and Amazon gave me a modest credit for that one piece. It was a very good price and I would defintely order again and just hope I got a...

I have loved this china pattern since I was 15 years old. It was no surprise to my family when I chose this pattern as my wedding china. I ordered this last set to complete my china set. I purchased the china and the payment was immediately taken out of my account. However as the weeks dwindled by I still hadn't received my package. I wrote numerous emails to the company on amazon but never once got a reply. I knew this wasn't going to end pretty. I am extremely disappointed that my money was taken but I am more disappointed about not getting the china that I love. I am currently waiting for amazon guarantee a-z to make a decision regarding my purchase. I hope that they make the right decision. I would love to purchase my china however my money is tied up in this right now. not satisfied.
